2. Orders

All orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the requested pickup time.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required before your order is prepared unless otherwise agreed upon by Sweet Tooth.
Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

4. Pickup

Sweet Tooth currently offers pickup only and does not provide shipping or delivery services.

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

5. Product Information

Our desserts are handcrafted and made fresh to order. Because of this:

Colors, decorations, and appearance may vary slightly.
Product photos are for reference only.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products and ingredients.

6. Food Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

Milk
Eggs
Wheat
Soy
Peanuts
Tree nuts

While we strive to prevent cross-contact, Sweet Tooth cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies purchase and consume our products at their own discretion.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Tooth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
